SECTION 2

Guild rule's are a necessary evil and must be followed at all time's without resolve in order to maintain an orderly guild environment.

1) Conduct
A) Vent conduct
1. Harassment - Refers to a wide spectrum of offensive behavior. The term commonly refers to behavior intended to disturb or upset, and, when the term is used in a legal sense, it refers to behaviors which are found threatening or disturbing.
2. Sexual harassment - Refers to persistent and unwanted sexual advances, typically in the workplace, where the consequences of refusing are potentially very disadvantageous to the victim
3. The Vent Server is for guild use only. Contact GM if you required to have a pug raid in Vent.
4. Keep irrelevant chatter to a minimum outside of the lobby. The lobby and private channels are for bullshitting, the instance/quest channels are not.
5. Anyone can use our vent server so long as a guild member invited them. If you find someone using our server without a guild member please inform an admin.
6. Do not join someone’s instance/quest channel and begin having a conversation with them. It's very rude/annoying to the rest of the people in the channel. Whisper them and ask them if and when they can talk to you.
7. NEVER YELL DIRECTLY INTO THE MIC. Many of us wear headsets, if I need to explain this further we'll just mute you permanently. The only exception is if you're in a private channel and wiping constantly on a boss... in which case the conversations can get pretty excited... try to avoid it nonetheless.
8. You must use a push-to-talk button. (if I have to you do too) We don't want to hear when you're talking on the phone or sneezing or coughing or chewing or adjusting your mic. Also don't hold down the push-to-talk button and not say anything. We don't want to hear dead air, static or you breathing either
9. Never have someone adjust THEIR outbound/inbound sound. Never have them do this to accommodate how they sound to you. Every person sounds different to every other person depending on their settings. Having one person change for you will throw them off for everyone else. What you do is right click their name in vent, go to miscellaneous, special effects and move the Volume command over to the left column. Double click it and move the slider increasing or decreasing their sound as needed, click OK, ask for a sound check and adjust as needed.
10. No Excessive Profanity, Swearing is fine, we're 18+ for a reason but excessive vulgar language for no apparent reason is not fine. We're all adults here, act like one.
11. Derogatory or offensive comments are not allowed. (Negative comments relating to race, gender, etc. are not welcome.)
12. Use caution when discussing politics, religion, or other sensitive topics in any of our guild chat channels. These topics can quickly become controversial and create arguments. There are plenty of places you can go to discuss these things if you wish, so there is no need to bring them into our gaming experience.

B) Guild Chat
1. Chat Spam - Banter in the guild chat is great and something we need. But please, please do not post too many pointless remarks. As an example - continued use of smiley's and other 'text emotes' when not in direct response to someone else' message is simply annoying.
2. Begging - Simply put - Don't do it either in or out of the guild. ANY GUILD MEMBER FOUND BEGGING IN THE GENERAL CHAT CHANNELS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE GUILD IMMEDIATELY. Asking for a little help is fine but this is distinctly different from begging. If you don't know the difference perhaps you should reconsider being in a guild at all. If you want someone to make you something/enchant an item, that's great - but note that usually *you* must supply all required materials, or pay their equivalent cost unless the person making the item says otherwise.
3. Derogatory or offensive comments are not allowed. (Negative comments relating to race, gender, etc. are not welcome.)
Use caution when discussing politics, religion, or other sensitive topics in any of our guild chat channels. These topics can quickly become controversial and create arguments. There are plenty of places you can go to discuss these things if you wish, so there is no need to bring them into our gaming experience.

C) Raiding
1. Vent will be clear of all conversation and/or banter and will remain clear for the duration of raiding period unless a break has been called.
2. All Bosses will be looked up prior to raiding and all aspect of such fight and tactics for peoples class specific needs are their responsibility.
3. Finger pointing will not be tolerated at any time if you notice someone doing something wrong whisper a Officer or the Raid Leader.
4. Raid times are for 6:15pm-10pm ST if you cannot make the raid or cannot stay the entire raid allotted time then you MUST notify the Raid Leader and GM of the reason prior to the start of the raid
5. RL afks are warrant for children, parent aggro, or an uncontrollable event but excessive abuse of this will not be tolerated if you have a weak bladder and need to potty every 4 hours then potty prior to the raid. The guild will not tolerate waiting for one person because of poor bathroom habits.
6. Questions on boss tactics must be asked prior to boss encounters and not during if you fail to ask appropriate questions it will be deemed that you know the material already and you will be held totally accountable for your actions.
7. Repair costs are the raider’s responsibility and not the guild's. If you can't afford to repair you will be replaced.

D) Guild Bank
1. All Guild items in tabs 6 thru 7 are at 50% of AH cost and must be paid prior to receiving the items unless special permission's have been granted from GM.
2. Items on tab 1 are “free-for-all” items at no charge for persons of ranks above member and are allocated to withdraw from said tab(s).

SECTION 4

Loot System

Our loot system is unique and unlike other guilds we believe in a system that allows loot to be distributed evenly and without sill betting or bidding for a item.

All members who take a piece of loot for their MAIN spec will take 1 point that will accumulated over the whole time that that raiding instance is in a progression state. If two raid members have the same amount of acquired points and both desire and item then a roll off between those players only will take place and the winner will then take another point to their total. Any and all new members who join the raid will be given the highest point total for the raid + 1.

SECTION 5

Items itemization

Any item that is deemed to be multi-classed or there is a disagreement of the items us a immediate Officer conference will be held. This meeting a vote will be held with all online Officers to determine the guild stance for said item.

EXAMPLE:

Last Laugh
Binds when picked up
One-Hand Axe
192 - 357 Damage Speed 1.60
(171.6 damage per second)
+37 Strength
+73 Stamina
Durability 105 / 105
Requires Level 80
Equip: Increases defense rating by 31 (6.3 @ L80).
Equip: Increases your parry rating by 34 (0.69% @ L80).
Equip: Improves hit rating by 24 (0.73% @ L80)

Although The above item may have defense rating on it by first glance it is
Breakdown:
-- Highest Stamina
-- Highest Strength
-- Third highest Defense (6.3 defense compared to 7.73 defense (Red Sword of Courage) & 8.74 defense (Broken promise))
-- Highest Avoidance (0.69% parry compared to .66% dodge (Slayer of the Lifeless))
-- Second Highest hit rating (0.73% hit compared to 0.79% hit (Red Sword of Courage))
